Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ noticeto cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances but will inform you promptly.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices for services and products may change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Payment must be made in full at the time of service or product purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed in-store or online.
Services & Products
- We use professional-grade products and follow best practices for all services.
- Individual results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and aftercare.
- Product sales are final due to hygiene regulations; we cannot accept returns or exchanges once opened.
Client Responsibilities
- Please inform our team of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided for the best results and to minimize risks.
Refunds & Satisfaction Policy
- We strive for client satisfaction with every service.
- If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hoursof your appointment. We will review the issue and may offer corrections at no additional cost where appropriate.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
