Refund Policy

At Alicia Cosmetics, we strive to deliver exceptional beauty and hair services for every client. We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our team. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any appointment.

Appointment Booking & Deposits

  • To secure your appointment, a non-refundable depositmay be required. This amount will be applied toward the total service cost on the day of your appointment.
  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ noticefor any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • If you cancel within the required notice period, your deposit may be credited toward a future booking.
  • No-showsor late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits:Non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
  • Prepaid Services:If you cancel in accordance with our notice policy, you may request a credit or reschedule instead of a refund.
  • Products:Refunds or exchanges for products will only be accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.

Service Concerns

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hoursso we can address your concerns promptly.
  • Refunds for completed services are generally not provided, as services involve time, skill, and professional expertise. However, we will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundableand cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • They are valid only for services and products offered at Alicia Cosmetics within the specified expiry period.
